Captain Chad Keeter gave us an amazing 1/2 day on the water! From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and full of knowledge about the best fishing spots. Thanks to his guidance, we caught the biggest fish of the day — the longest measuring in at an impressive 20 inch bass! It was an exciting and memorable experience that we’ll be talking about for years to come. If you’re looking for a top-notch fishing trip with big results and great vibes, this is your guy. Great day on the water. Chad was very knowledgeable of not only the species we were after but shared information that will help me on future fishing adventures for other fish found in the river. We caught lots of shad. Chad could not have been more helpful in insuring that my wife and I had a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful day today with Southern Sun Guides. The boat was well equipped enough to spend her day on the water. We started our half day fishing early and Chad got us on the fish right away. We caught fish all day long. Today I caught 58 fish including 5 raccoons and 1 blue catfish. Chad was an excellent guide and took great care of us today. I highly recommend him as a guide. I will definitely use him again for rockfish fishing.

I got more than expected. Chad got us on the fish right away. I started rockfish from the first cast. I kept 5 good ones to take home, but caught many more. He also took us on a river tour and he knew his stuff. You have to know what you're doing on that river and he knows it. He even helped some fishermen who got stuck in rocks.
